树突状细胞是机体内一种专职抗原提呈细胞。并在肿瘤免疫中发挥至关重要的作用。本文综述了树突状细胞在荷瘤宿主体内的功能变化以及在肿瘤免疫治疗中的作用,重点介绍了树突状细胞肿瘤疫苗的种类及其在肿瘤免疫治疗中的应用。
Dendritic cells are specialized antigen-presenting cells in the body. And play a crucial role in tumor immunity. This review summarizes the functional changes of dendritic cells in tumor-bearing hosts and the role of dendritic cells in tumor immunotherapy. The types of dendritic cell tumor vaccines and their applications in tumor immunotherapy are highlighted.
