随着甘肃经济的高速增长,经济发展与环境、资源的矛盾越来越突出,已经成为甘肃经济进一步发展的制约因素。甘肃省省情、资源状况及当前经济发展所面临的严峻形势,都表明发展循环经济是甘肃实现可持续发展的必然选择。循环经济的发展需要法律制度的支撑,如果没有完善有效的制度作为基础,循环经济根本不可能实现。所以,进行循环经济的法律制度建设与创新是甘肃省发展循环经济的重中之重。本文对甘肃省循环经济的法律支撑问题进行了初步的论析。
With the rapid economic growth in Gansu, the contradictions between economic development and the environment and resources have become increasingly prominent, which has become a constraint on further economic development in Gansu. The situation of Gansu Province, the current situation of resources and the severe situation facing the current economic development all show that the development of circular economy is an inevitable choice for Gansu to achieve sustainable development. The development of circular economy needs the support of the legal system, if there is no sound and effective system as a basis, circular economy is simply impossible to achieve. Therefore, the legal system for recycling economy and innovation in the development of recycling economy in Gansu Province is the most important. This article makes a preliminary analysis of the legal support for circular economy in Gansu Province.
