一、病例摘要患者25岁,孕2产1。主因“停经7个月,腹胀伴活动后气紧15d。”于2014年3月21日入山西大医院。患者平素月经规律,5/27d,末次月经2013年8月26日。孕早期无发热,感冒等症状,无有毒有害及放射线物质接触史。孕3+个月曾感冒一次,伴咳嗽,无发热,当地医院给予口服药物,输液治疗(具体不详)。孕期未规律产检。入院前15d无明显诱因出现下腹憋胀,渐加重,活动后气紧,纳差,烦渴,盗汗,尿量减少,伴腹泻,每天5~6次,不成形。无发热、恶心、腹痛、阴道流血流液现象。
