目的探讨腹腔镜技术在诊断及治疗宫内早孕合并间质部妊娠的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2012年1月至2014年12月深圳中山泌尿外科医院妇科在腹腔镜下诊治的宫内早孕合并间质部妊娠10例患者的临床资料。结果 10例患者均行腹腔镜下间质部妊娠病灶清除术,术后经保胎治疗后,1例因稽留流产行清宫术,余病例均妊娠成功(1例早产,8例足月产)。结论腹腔镜诊治术应用于宫内早孕合并间质部妊娠,手术时间短,安全系数高,损伤性小,对宫内刺激小,术后恢复快。
Objective To investigate the value of laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of early pregnancy with interstitial pregnancy. Methods The clinical data of 10 cases of intrauterine pregnancy combined with interstitial pregnancy in gynecological department of Zhongshan Urological Hospital of Shenzhen from January 2012 to December 2014 were analyzed retrospectively. Results All 10 patients underwent laparoscopic gastrectomy for pregnancy, and one patient underwent misdinecnic abortion undergoing miscarriage after operation. All the patients were successful in pregnancy (1 case was premature and 8 cases were full term) . Conclusion Laparoscopic diagnosis and treatment of interstitial pregnancy with early pregnancy and intrauterine pregnancy, short operative time, high safety factor, less damage, intrauterine stimulation, postoperative recovery fast.
