观察大鼠高压氧暴露后皮肤微循环的改变。结果表明,高压氧暴露后,细动脉血流速度比暴露前增加了0.45mm/s,细静脉增加了0.13mm/s,与对照组比较有明显差异(P<0.01)。此外,经高压氧暴露后,细静脉开放数量增加,红细胞聚集程度减轻或转为正常。表明高压氧治疗的作用不单纯是增加血液中氧的含量,而且改善微循环的功能密切相关。同时还观察到,高压氧暴露后,皮肤微血管主要表现为收缩,其中以≥30μm细动脉和≥40μm细静脉尤其明显,这一现象可能与微血管壁的结构有关。
The changes of skin microcirculation after hyperbaric oxygen exposure in rats were observed.
