This article reports the phenomenon that some of the subjects were nervous, experiencing rapid heartbeat and blood pressure when they first went abroad to undergo physical examination. Before the departure of their 946 crew members for the first time abroad in 1992, Heart rate and systolic blood pressure were compared. Before and after going abroad, the average heart rate was 76.4 times per minute and 68.2 beats per minute (P <0.01), and the average systolic blood pressure was 15.8kpa and 15.1kpa (P <0.01) ), Heart rate ≥ 90 beats / min was 84 and 31 (P <0.01), and the number of patients with systolic (≥) 19kpa was 38 and 15 (P <0.01), respectively. difference. It is considered that psychosocial factors may be taken into consideration after the heart rate is fast and the blood pressure is high when the first time to go abroad for monitoring and examination results in the exclusion of other diseases.
