当前,检察机关批捕工作中仍然存在批捕总量过大、审查逮捕的把关作用不足等问题。应更新理念,形成与我国国情相适应的法治化新理念;精准施策,有效降低轻刑案件的批捕数量和批捕率;运用科技,充分发挥非羁押性强制措施的替代作用;健全机制,提高审查逮捕规范化水平;苦练内功,提高审查逮捕精细化水平;借助外力,提高审查逮捕工作的品质
At present, there are still some problems in the process of arresting prosecutors such as the excessive total arrests and the lack of checks on arrests under review.
