应用乙烯利(2-氯乙基磷酸)、KMS-1(3—(对氯苯基)-6-甲氧基—均三嗪—2,4(1H、3H)二酮三乙醇胺盐)、SC_2、4Pu等以不同组配方式对四川主栽品种绵阳11号进行杀雄效果试验和应用乙烯利、KMS-1各3000ppm混合液喷药方式杀雄效果试验。结果表明:(1)乙烯利、KMS-1各3000ppm混合杀雄是本试验中最佳药剂组配方式,比单一药剂喷施药害轻,杀雄后的植株相对不育率达99%以上,相对异交结实率达56.41%;(2)不同品种对药剂敏感性有差异,绵阳11号比80-8敏感;(3)乙烯利、KMS-1低剂量混用,总剂量相同,一次施与分次施杀雄效果无显著差异;(4)喷药后,株高平均降低7.07cm,穗颈缩短,但除单施乙烯利处理的穗子不能全部抽出外,各处理均全部抽出,不影响异交结实,穗长无明显变化。
