一、政府法制在治理整顿中的历史发展政府法制这一概念是一九八七年四月经国务院批准召开的全国第一次政府法制工作会议上提出的。同年十二月在广西桂林召开的全国政府法制工作理论研讨会上,得到我国法学界学者的确认和赞同。政府法制概念的出现,明确了国家权力机关、行政机关和司法机关在加强和健全我国社会主义法制建设中的各自职责,标志着我国社会主义法制建设走上了全面发展
I. The Historical Development of Government Legal System in Governance and Reorganization The concept of government legal system was put forward by the State Council for approval in April 1987 at the first national government legal work conference. In December of the same year held in Guilin, Guangxi national government seminar on the theory of legal work, our scholars have been recognized and endorsed by law scholars. The emergence of the concept of the government legal system has clearly defined the respective duties of the state power organs, administrative organs and judicial organs in strengthening and perfecting the legal system of our socialist construction, and marked the all-round development of the socialist legal system in our country
