钒元素是冶炼某些优质钢的合金剂之一。为了增加我国钒合金剂的品种,简化生产工艺,降低生产成本,我们分析了 V_2O_5的热力学特性和我国炼钢工业技术发展的趋向,在实验室进行了用 V_2O_5作合金剂冶炼合金钢的小型试验,取得了较好的效果。1977年6月,上钢五厂、上海铁合金厂和北京钢铁研究院组成了用 V_2O_5代替钒铁冶炼高速钢的试验组,历时一年。用2.4吨 V_2O_5
Vanadium is one of the alloying agents for smelting some high quality steel. In order to increase the variety of vanadium alloy agent in our country, simplify the production process and reduce the production cost, we analyzed the thermodynamic characteristics of V2O5 and the trend of development of our country’s steelmaking industry. We did the small experiment of V2O5 alloyed steel alloy in laboratory , Achieved good results. In June 1977, Shanghai Iron & Steel Wuchang, Shanghai Ferroalloy Factory and Beijing Iron and Steel Research Institute formed a test group that used V 2 O 5 instead of ferrovanadium smelting high-speed steel for one year. With 2.4 tons V_2O_5
