滑动水口漏钢,一般发生在上水口与上滑板之间的缝隙 A、上下滑板之间的缝隙 B、下滑板与下水口之间的缝隙 C 三处,见图1(下称 A,B,C 类事故)。漏钢不仅造成钢水的直接损失,而且使铸锭工作无法正常进行。严重时,可以破坏铸锭系统设备,打乱调度作业计划,给生产造成很大的威胁。因此,减少漏钢事故的发生,对提高良锭合格率,增加钢产量,降低每吨钢的成本以及推动滑动水
