图书馆是高校的文献信息中心,是为教学和科研服务的学术性机构,是高校整体办学水平的重要标志,是高校扩大规模、提高教育质量的重要保障。实现这一目标定位,必须认真贯彻教育部《普通高等学校图书馆规程》的精神,理清工作思路,采取相应措施,采用先进的理念和技术手段,建立全院范围的文献信息保障系统;以图书馆为中心,建立全院范围的文献信息资源体系,实现全院文献信息资源的共建、共知和共享,保障学院教育事业的持续、快速、健康发展。
Library is the university literature and information center, is an academic institution for teaching and research services, is an important symbol of the overall level of running a university, is an important guarantee for colleges and universities to expand the scale and improve the quality of education. To achieve this goal, we must conscientiously implement the “Ordinary University Library Procedures” spirit of the Ministry of Education, sort out the work train of thought, take appropriate measures to adopt advanced concepts and technical means to establish a hospital-wide document information security system; Library as the center, the establishment of a hospital-wide document information resources system, to achieve the hospital literature resources to build, know and share, to protect the college’s continuing, rapid and healthy development of education.
