《导演笔记》是卡莫尔尼剧院成立六年的工作总结,泰伊洛夫在其中阐明了许多原理,这本著作被认为是戏剧史上重要文献之一,1921年在莫斯科出版,1969年译成英文,英译者是美国堪萨斯大学副教授威廉·柯尔克。在目前找不到俄文本的情况下,本文根据英译本译出其中第八章,在这一章中泰伊洛夫主张舞台应是一个有节奏变化的立体空间,而且能配合戏剧动作的需要而能动变化。他的这种主张代表一个学派的观点,有不少地方发人深省,对我们有一定的参考价值。
“Director’s Note” is a summary of the work of the Carmorni Theater for six years, in which Tyrolean elucidates many principles. This book is considered as one of the important documents in the history of theater.
