本研究通过向Wistar大鼠睾丸白膜下注射从昆明山海棠乙醇提取物(TH_5)中分离而得的12种单体化合物进行抗生育活性初筛。结果表明,其中4种单体7HF、TH_3、TH_(17)和T_8能使大鼠附睾尾精子计数明显下降(P<0.01),最后,并讨论了这种初筛方法的可取与不足之处。
In this study, 12 monomeric compounds isolated from the subcutaneous Testicular of Wistar rat testes were isolated from the ethanolic extracts of Kunming Begonia (TH_5) for anti-fertility screening. The results showed that 7HF, TH_3, TH_ (17) and T_8 of 4 kinds of monomers could significantly reduce the sperm count of epididymal sperm in rats (P <0.01). Finally, the feasibility and disadvantage of this method were discussed .
