法定计量单位具有结构科学,使用方便,可以避免由于多种单位制并用而引起的混乱和不必要的换算等优点。全面推行法定计量单位,能够促进经济建设、科学技术、文化教育事业的发展和国际间的科技交流,是我国一项很重要的改革。我们能源工作者,不论在能源计量工作中还是为刊物撰写稿件时,都应高度重视,认真学习,率先使用好国家推行的法定计量单位,贯彻执行好计量法。今后凡是给本刊投稿者,请一律使用法定计量单位。本期发表的“在能源计量中正确使用计量单位与符号”一文,供作者写稿时参考。
The legal measurement unit has structural science and is easy to use. It can avoid the confusion and unnecessary conversion caused by the combination of multiple unit systems. The full implementation of legal measurement units can promote the development of economy, science and technology, culture and education, and international scientific and technological exchanges. This is an important reform in China. We energy workers, whether in the energy measurement work or writing articles for the publication, should pay great attention to it, conscientiously study, take the lead in using the legal measurement units promoted by the state, and implement the measurement method. In the future, anyone who contributes to the publication should use the legal measurement unit. The article entitled “Using Measurement Units and Symbols Correctly in Energy Measurements” published in this issue is for reference when the author writes.
