本文作者经常到一些国有企业检查经营活动和财务状况，发现一些企业在改革过程中利用国有企业资产为自己或他人谋私利，不是善意地去真正为国有企业之名，想方设法为着自己的盘算，造成国有企业不良经营，资产大量流失。２０００年是国企管理年，也是企实现三年脱困的最后一年，我们刊发此文，希望引起各级管理者的注意，抓好企业内部管理，堵塞各种漏洞，防止国有资产流失，促时国有企业的改革和发展顺利进行。
The author of this article often goes to state-owned enterprises to check their operating activities and financial status, and finds that some companies use the assets of state-owned enterprises for personal gain for themselves or others in the process of reform. They are not in good faith to really be the names of state-owned enterprises and are trying to figure out for themselves. The state-owned enterprises caused bad business operations and a large loss of assets. The year 2000 is the year of state-owned enterprises management, and it is also the last year for enterprises to realize their difficulties in three years. We hope to arouse the attention of managers at all levels, do a good job of internal management, block various loopholes, and prevent the loss of state-owned assets. At the time, the reform and development of state-owned enterprises proceeded smoothly.
