由于原资源环境与城乡规划管理专业面临定位不清、课程设置“大而全”、培养目标错位和就业率低等多重困境,教育部在2012版本科专业目录中对其予以了调整。但是,人文地理与城乡规划专业的设立并不能自行解决上述问题。文章以天津城建大学为例,论证了进行“小区域”导向改造的内涵、意义、可行性和途径。研究表明,立足和服务于“小区域”规划建设实践是专业成长的一条“自进化”途径,也应是多数高校培养人才的务实之举。本文属“战术”式思考,有助于弥补现有文献基于培养方案重置经验研究的不足。
As the former resource and environment and urban and rural planning and management major are faced with multiple problems such as unclear positioning, curriculum setting “big and all-round”, misplaced training objectives and low employment rate, the Ministry of Education has adjusted it in the Catalog of 2012 Major Subjects. However, the establishment of human geography and the planning of urban and rural planning can not solve the above problems by themselves. Taking Tianjin University of Urban Construction as an example, the article demonstrates the connotation, significance, feasibility and approach of “small area” oriented reform. The research shows that based on and serving the planning and construction practice of “small area”, it is a “self-evolution” approach to professional growth and should be a pragmatic move to train qualified personnel in most colleges and universities. This article is “tactical ” thinking, help to make up for the existing literature based on the training program to reset the empirical research deficiencies.
