由于受到海外留学工作经历、不同地域文化、西方舆论导向及信息不对称等因素的影响,海归教师对党组织的认知存在偏差,进而影响其自主入党意愿。基于上述事实,本文引入认知心理学理论,结合调研访谈,分析把握海归教师对党组织的认知现状,通过“接触期”—“调适期”—“认同期”三个阶段,弱化纠正其不合理认知、强化积极认知,进而增强海归教师对党组织的认同感,并引导其加入党组织。
Due to the overseas study experience, different regional cultures, western media orientation and information asymmetry and other factors, returnees teachers perceived party structure deviation, thereby affecting their own will to join the party. Based on the above facts, this article introduces the theory of cognitive psychology, combined with research interviews, analyzes and grasps the status quo of returnees teachers’ understanding of the party organization, through the “contact period ” - “adjustment period ” - “identity period ” At this stage, weakening corrects its unreasonable cognition and strengthens its positive cognition, which in turn enhances returnees’ recognition of party organizations and leads them to join the party organizations.
