在学习十三大文件,贯彻十三大精神的热潮中,我们迎来了1988年。中国共产党第十三次代表大会是一次有着深远历史意义的大会。十三大最重要的文件是赵紫阳同志代表中央委员会作的报告。这个报告坚持实事求是的思想路线,论证了我国社会仍处于社会主义的初级阶段。提出了建设有中国特色的社会主义的基本路线,明确了现阶段我国经济发展的战略,规划了经侪体制改革、政治体制改革和加强党的建设等方面的目标和任务。在新的一年开始的时候,水利战线的全体同志要继续认真学好文件,深刻领会精神,使党在社会主义初级阶段的基本路线真正深入人心,落到实处。
We have ushered in the year 1988 when we were studying the Thirteenth National Congress and carrying out the spirit of the Thirteenth Congress. The 13th Chinese Communist Party Congress is a historic conference of far-reaching significance. The most important document of the 13th National Congress is Comrade Zhao Ziyang’s report on behalf of the Central Committee. This report adheres to the ideological line of seeking truth from facts and demonstrates that our society is still in the initial stage of socialism. Put forward the basic line of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, made clear the strategy of our country’s economic development at this stage, and planned the goals and tasks of reforming the economic system, reforming the political system and strengthening party building. At the beginning of the new year, all the comrades in the waterfront fronts should continue to study the documents conscientiously and profoundly understand the spirit so that the party’s basic line in the primary stage of socialism will really penetrate into the hearts of the people and will be implemented.
