在社会公共服务中,劳动与社会保障事业是一项重要保障机制,在促进社会和谐发展中发挥着重要作用。在社会转型过程中,对社会稳定性提出了新的要求,在该背景下,劳动与社会保障事业的发展必须要坚持与时俱进,这样才能充分发挥劳动与社会保障事业的作用。我国自实施改革开放战略后,劳动与社会保障事业发展中出现了诸多矛盾,有效处理这些矛盾对社会保障体系的有效构建意义重大。基于此,本文主要分析劳动与社会保障事业发展中的矛盾,并提出了应对矛盾的对策,希望能促进我国劳动与社会保障事业的顺利发展。
In the social public service, labor and social security undertakings are an important guarantee mechanism and play an important role in promoting the harmonious development of society. In the process of social transformation, new requirements have been put forward on social stability. Under this background, the development of labor and social security undertakings must adhere to keeping pace with the times so as to give full play to the role of labor and social security undertakings. Since our country implemented the strategy of reform and opening up, many contradictions appeared in the development of the labor and social security undertakings. To effectively deal with these contradictions is of great significance to the effective construction of the social security system. Based on this, this paper mainly analyzes the contradictions in the development of the labor and social security undertakings and puts forward countermeasures to deal with the contradictions, hoping to promote the smooth development of our labor and social security undertakings.
