寄语张德江寄语中国石油:改革开放以来,特别是近几年来,中国石油按照党中央、国务院的决策部署,抓住时机,突出集中发展主营业务,大力实施资源、市场、国际化战略,为保障国家能源安全、促进经济社会发展做出了巨大贡献,培养造就了一支能征善战、不怕吃苦、勇于奉献的石油大军。中国石油要按照中央确定的方针、政策,继续深入贯彻落实科学发展观,加快转变经济发展方式,坚持改革开放,坚持油气核心业务,坚持不断创新,继承和发扬大庆精神、铁人精神,实现企业全面发展,为保障国家能源安全,促进我国经济社会又好又快发展做出新的更大贡献。
