当前,重庆辖区正在进行第六届村(居)民委员会换届选举,如何按《中华人民共和国村民委员会组织法》(下称组织法)规定的法律程序,组织村民会议向村民代表会议授权,是进一步完善村民代表会议制度.保证村民代表在村民自治中做到有职有权,充分发挥应有作用的关键环节,也是新一届村民委员会在未来三年内能否开创农村工作新局面的重要一环。
