一、前言 通常建筑设计是根据设计任务书和业主要求,在满足规划、交通、环保、卫生、消防等部门要求的同时,在总平面规划的建筑落位范围内进行合理的平面布置,使之充分满足使用要求的前提下平面布置紧凑。在满足“功能”要求的前提下,选择合理的结构形式。而设计人员在软土地基区域设计教学楼时,往往忽略了学生集体做广播操对房屋产生震动的影响,实践证明,这是值得重视的问题。
