An objective result of the Polish upheaval has breed the exploiting classes and the elite and at the same time a large number of unemployed and impoverished people have emerged. This has led to the institutional and classistic polarization between the rich and the poor and the consequent qualitative change in the issue of the rich and the poor. This is also prevalent in the drastic changes in Eastern Europe. The fundamental reason for the differentiation between the rich and the poor lies in the reintegration and exploitation of the social classes and classes resulting from the dominant private ownership. The essence lies in the institutional unjust possession of wealth. The issue of the rich and poor in Poland and other Eastern European countries deserves to be studied, at the same time, as a warning.
