经常去各个城市出差,但跟地方政府这么密集地打交道,还是第一次。海口市政府大楼是去年新盖的,离老城区大概有十几公里,三十几栋小楼在周围空地的衬托下格外打眼。每栋楼都不超过五层,回廊和亭台将办公楼远远隔开,当地人都称之为“迷宫”。一位官员颇为“自豪”地告诉我,连海南省政府的公务员们都羡慕他们“花园式办公”的环境。
It is the first time to go to cities for business trips, but to do so intensively with local governments. Haikou City Hall was built last year, about a dozen kilometers away from the old town, more than thirty small buildings in the surrounding open space against the extra eye-catching. Each building is no more than five layers, the corridors and pavilions will be separated from the office buildings, locals call it the “maze.” An official quite “proudly” told me that even the civil servants of the Hainan provincial government are envious of their “garden-like office” environment.
