Colleges and universities are an important base for building socialist spiritual civilization. How the school’s party style has a direct impact on the school ethos and school discipline affects the political qualities of our education target and the effectiveness of school work. In the past few years, especially through party consolidation, we have taken the exemplary role of leading bodies and stepped up education on the party spirit and party discipline among the majority of party members. This has markedly improved the school style of the party. Our school was appraised by the Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee as the province’s rectification party style advanced unit. I. Strengthening the Ideological and Ethical Work of the Leading Group and Demonstrating the Roles of the Leading Body The positive role played by the leading cadres at the two levels of the school system, especially at the university level, is the key to the leading role of the leading group.
