目的:研究印度獐牙菜的化学成分。方法:采用各种色谱技术进行分离纯化,通过UV、IR、MS、~1H-NMR和~(13)C-NMR等波谱技术进行结构鉴定,利用MTT染色法对Hep G-2、A549、PC12进行体外细胞毒活性测定。结果:从印度獐牙菜中分离鉴定了15个酮类化合物,分别为:8-O-[β-D-吡喃鼠李糖-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖]-1,7-二羟基-3-甲氧基酮(1)、1-羟基-3,5,8-三甲氧基酮(2)、1-羟基-3,7,8-三甲氧基酮(3)、1,3-二羟基-7-甲氧基酮(4)、1,3-二羟基-7,8-二甲氧基酮(5)、1,5-二羟基-3,8-二甲氧基酮(6)、1,6-二羟基-3,7,8-三甲氧基酮(7)、1,7-二羟基-3,8-二甲氧基酮(8)、7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-1,8-二羟基-3-甲氧基酮(9)、1,3,7-三羟基酮(10)、1,2,3,4-四氢-1,4,8-三羟基-6-甲氧基酮(11)、campestroside(12)、1,2,3,4-四氢-1,4,6,8-四羟基酮(13)、1,3,7,8-四羟基酮(14)、1,3,5,8-四羟基酮(15)。结论:其中,化合物1为新化合物,化合物2、4、5、7、9~12为首次从该植物中分离得到;化合物2、6、10、13~15具有较好体外抗肿瘤活性。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of Swertia chinensis Methods: The constituents were identified by UV, IR, MS, ~ 1H-NMR and ~ (13) C-NMR spectroscopy. The structures of Hep G-2, A549, PC12 In vitro cytotoxicity assay. Results: Fifteen keton compounds were isolated and identified from Swertia indica (8-O- [β-D-rhamnopyranose- (1 → 6) -β-D-glucopyranose] -1,7-dihydroxy-3-methoxycholorone (1), 1-hydroxy-3,5,8-trimethoxycholorone (2), 1-hydroxy-3,7,8-trimethoxy (4), 1,3-dihydroxy-7,8-dimethoxycoumarin (5), 1,5- Dihydroxy-3,8-dimethoxycholorone (6), 1,6-dihydroxy-3,7,8-trimethoxycholorone (7), 1,7- dihydroxy-3,8- Dimethoxy fenchone (8), 7-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-1,8-dihydroxy-3-methoxanthone (9), 1,3,7- Ketone (10), 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-1,4,8-trihydroxy-6-methoxanthone (11), campestroside Hydrogen-1,4,6,8-tetrahydroxychloreone (13), 1,3,7,8-Tetrahydroxycholorone (14), 1,3,5,8-Tetrahydroxycholorone (15). CONCLUSION: Among them, compound 1 is a new compound, and compounds 2, 4, 5, 7 and 9-12 are isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds 2, 6, 10 and 13-15 have good antitumor activity in vitro.
