专题研究报告是信息研究人员针对某一特定任务或问题,进行专题信息调研后所产生的信息研究产品,是为寻求问题的解决办法而形成的论证性或对策研究报告。其特点是:针对性强;预测程度高;导向作用明显。其主要作用是:为科技人员研究未知提供信息;为人们研究和解决未来提供路线和方法;为领导制订计划和决策提供依据。
The research report is a research product of information researched by the information researcher for a specific task or problem after the investigation of the thematic information, and is a demonstration or countermeasure research report formed to find solutions to the problem. Its characteristics are: targeted; high degree of prediction; obvious role in guiding. Its main functions are as follows: to provide scientific and technological personnel with unknown information; to provide people with ways and means to study and solve the future; and to provide the basis for leading the formulation of plans and decisions.
