在当前企业转换机制、建立现代企业制度的深层次改革中,企业党组织和政工干部应进一步跳出“就思想工作抓思想工作”的狭隘思维定势,从满足于一般的做好职工思想政治工作转到潜心研究企业人力资源的使用和开发上来,从而提高工作的立点,拓宽工作的视野,做到既有战略眼光,又能面对现实,在提高职工队伍整体素质,培养适应市场经济新体制的各类人才方面,更好地发挥党组织的作用.
In the current enterprise transformation mechanism and the establishment of a deep-rooted reform of the modern enterprise system, enterprise party organizations and political and industrial cadres should further jump out of the narrow mindset of “ideological work and ideological work.” Moved to study and use the human resources of the enterprise with great concentration, so as to improve the point of work, broaden the horizons of the work, achieve both strategic vision and reality, improve the overall quality of the workforce, and adapt to the new market economy. With regard to all types of personnel in the system, the role of party organizations is better served.
