本文采用文献资料、座谈访问、数理统计等方法,对江苏省四星高中体育教师现状对体育选项教学的影响进行调查,分析出体育教师的人数、年龄、学历等能满足高中选项教学的需要,专项特长基本能符合高中选项教学的需要,但是也存在一些问题,如体育教师有待加强新兴项目的进修,女体育教师比例偏少,部分学校开设项目偏少等等。
This article uses literature, interviews, statistics and other methods to investigate the influence of the status quo of physical education teachers in four-star high school in Jiangsu Province on the choice of sports teaching. It is analyzed that the number, age, and academic qualifications of physical education teachers can meet the needs of high school selective teaching. The special specialty can basically meet the needs of high school selective teaching, but there are also some problems, such as the need for physical education teachers to strengthen the training of emerging projects, the proportion of female physical education teachers is too small, some schools have less open projects, and so on.
