为鉴别市场上天台乌药的真伪,采用硫酸-丙二酸-硫酸铈铵-溴酸钾B-Z化学振荡体系绘制天台乌药电化学指纹图谱,并分析讨论其特征参数.结果表明:天台乌药电化学指纹图谱的最佳实验条件为0.9mol/L硫酸50mL,1.5mol/L丙二酸1mL,蒸馏水49mL,硫酸铈铵0.095g,溴酸钾0.850g,天台乌药1.000g,水浴温度43℃,搅拌速度600r/min;相同振荡反应条件下,不同产地乌药具有不同的特征振荡指纹信息,这些特征参数有利于判别天台乌药真伪.
In order to identify the authenticity of Tiantaiwuyao in the market, the electrochemical fingerprint of Tamarix chinensis was drawn by using sulfuric acid - malonic acid - cerium ammoniumsulfate - potassium bromate chemical oscillation system, and its characteristic parameters were analyzed and discussed.The results showed that: The best experimental conditions of chemical fingerprinting were as follows: 50mL of 0.9mol / L sulfuric acid, 1mL of 1.5mol / L malonic acid, 49mL of distilled water, 0.095g of cerium ammonium sulfate, 0.850g of potassium bromate, 1.000g of Tiantaiwuyao and 43 ℃ of water bath. Speed 600r / min; under the same oscillatory reaction conditions, the different origin Wuyao has different characteristics of oscillation fingerprint information, these characteristic parameters are conducive to determine the authenticity of Ursus densiflorus.
