Pd(Ⅱ)可加速葡萄糖氧化酶-过氧化物酶-邻联二茴香胺偶联反应的反应速率,并使试液转变为橙红色,其灵敏度要比无Pd(Ⅱ)存在时增高。本文确定:痕量钯(Ⅱ)可当作激活剂用动力学分光光度法来进行测定。校正曲线范围。激活%~C_(pd)(Ⅲ)为1—9μgPd(Ⅱ)/10ml。也发现,V(V)能降低这个偶联反应的反应速率,故也可当作抑制剂进行测定,校正曲线范围:抑制%~Cv(v)为5—100μgV(V)/10ml。
Pd (Ⅱ) accelerated the reaction rate of glucose oxidase-peroxidase-o-dianisidine and turned the test solution into orange-red, its sensitivity was higher than that without Pd (Ⅱ).
