我们将超轻质耐火保温定型组合块应用在45千瓦箱式电炉上,取得了很显著的节电效果,现介绍如下: 一、起轻质耐火保温定型组合块的性质超轻质耐火保温定型组合块是由超轻质耐火保温材料经1200℃烧结而成型的。它是由氧化硅、氧化铝、氧化铁、氧化钙按不同配比而组成;它具有很好的物理和化学稳定性,同时还具有:耐高温、导热系数小、重烧收缩率小、强度高等性能。长春市保温材料厂生产的该种材料的物理性质见表1。
