至今,老电炉产品节能改造工作已推广近二年,总结这阶段工作,我们感到用耐火纤维面贴法改造中温箱式电阻炉的工作较易进行和推广。只要改造方法得当,往往用较小的经济代价便可得到节电20-30%的效果,而且迄今为止,现场运行最长的寿命已达2年左右。 但是,井式电炉的改造还存在不少问题;有些单位采用了在电阻丝里侧垫一层10毫米厚的耐火纤维毡的改造方法,节能效果甚微;采用耐火纤维硬质制品,其质量尚未过关,经常出现由于温度等级不符或制品结合剂的腐蚀性使电阻丝烧断或制品烧塌的现象。

Up to now, the longest life span of field operation has reached about two years. However, there are still many problems in the revamping of the pit-type electric furnace; some units adopt the method of retrofitting a layer of 10 mm-thick refractory fiber mat inside the electric resistance wire with little energy-saving effect; and the refractory fiber hard products are used, Not yet closed, often due to the temperature level does not match or the corrosiveness of the product binder blown resistance wire or product burn phenomenon.
