研究目的为查明手淫回收精子前,低电解质溶液注入逆行射精患者的膀胱内的安全性和有效性 在行子宫受精日到门诊前1h内饮水3杯,插入导尿管排空膀胱内的尿液。注入0.32 mol/L葡萄糖溶液30 ml或改良Ham’sF-10培养剂(含钠146 mmol/L,钾4 mmol/L,pH=7.5)加10%灭活的患者血清注入膀胱内。手淫后立即再次插入导尿管吸取精液的混合液进行培养。混合液在150× g离心15 min后立即用喂养管将0.5 ml离心后沉淀的混合液经子宫颈注入子宫内。小量沉淀
