目的 :为临床肾上腺同种异体移植提供一种简便有效的方法。方法 :切除大鼠双侧肾上腺 ,将同种异体肾上腺包膜移植于肾被膜下 (SRC) ,观察移植物再生情况。结果 :移植包膜可存活及再生 ,单纯移植组术后早期未见到淋巴细胞浸润 ,与加用硫唑嘌呤组组织学变化一致 ,两组各期血浆皮质酮无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5) ;再加用 ACTH可促进移植体再生 ,且再生的肾上腺可长期存活 ,并能发挥正常的内分泌功能。结论 :SRC是良好的移植床且无排斥反应发生。ACTH在本实验中有加速移植体再生和促进其发挥生理功能的作用
Objective: To provide a simple and effective method for clinical adrenal allograft. Methods: The bilateral adrenal glands were excised and allogeneic adrenal envelopes were transplanted into the subretinal space (SRC). The regeneration of the grafts was observed. Results: The transplanted capsule survived and regenerated. There was no lymphocyte infiltration in the early transplantation group, which was consistent with the histological changes of the group treated with azathioprine. There was no significant difference in plasma corticosterone between the two groups (P> 0) .0 5); together with ACTH can promote graft regeneration, and regenerative adrenal glands can survive long-term, and can play a normal endocrine function. Conclusion: SRC is a good transplant bed without rejection. ACTH in this experiment can accelerate the regeneration of the graft and promote its physiological function
