转变经济发展方式,是中国现阶段经济社会发展所面临的一场重大而深刻的变革。我个人的观点是,研究制定国家“十二五”经济社会发展规划时,应该以“转变经济发展方式”作为主线。
Changing the mode of economic development is a major and profound change that China faces in its economic and social development at the present stage. My personal point of view is that when studying and formulating the national “Twelfth Five-year Plan” for economic and social development, we should take “transforming the mode of economic development” as the main line.
