肾上腺皮质激素(以下简称激素)隔日疗法治疗肾病综合征,因唯恐疗效不好而普遍采用每日分次给药法,因此副反应多而且严重影响了疗效。我院自1975年对肾病综合征均采用强的松隔日疗法,其激素的副反应基本不出现,用药时间相对延长,因而取得理想疗效。本文对强的松隔日疗法治疗的病例主要并发症、尿蛋白转为阴性时天数、尿蛋白转为阴性时强的松平均用量以及缓解与复发率与每日疗法组进行对照,现报告如下。

This article on the treatment of prednisone every other day the main complications of the case, when the urine protein turns negative days, urine protein turns negative when the average amount of prednisone and mitigation and recurrence rate compared with the daily therapy group are as follows.
