有关长江三峡一带肺吸虫病的流行状况资料尚缺。近年来,我们对这一带的巫山等9个县进行了肺吸虫病流行现状调查。易感人群调查中,有2598人作皮试,阳性516人,阳性率为19.7%,男性314人,阳性率22.1%;女性202人,阳性率17.1%,男性皮试阳性显著高于女性(χ~2=6.63,P<0.01)。11-15岁年龄组皮试阳性最高(30.0%)。以生吃蟹者的皮试阳性率最高(48.6%)。在皮试阳性者中,约有1/4的人现有或
Information on the prevalence of paragonimiasis in the Three Gorges area is lacking. In recent years, we investigated the prevalence status of paragonimiasis in 9 counties in Wushan in this area. In the susceptible population survey, 2598 people were tested as skin test, 516 were positive, the positive rate was 19.7%, 314 were male, the positive rate was 22.1%; 202 were women, the positive rate was 17.1% χ ~ 2 = 6.63, P <0.01).
