本文报道了用DNA重组技术制备的非糖基化乙型肝炎表面抗原疫苗的免疫原性和反应原性。接种对象为105名22~40岁的男子,经放射免疫测定或酶免疫试验证明没有任何乙型肝炎感染的血清学标志。接种者分为3组(每组35人),分别接种5、10和20μg的铝吸附乙型肝炎重组疫苗。每个接种者于0、1和6月接种3针。于第1针后1、2、3、6、8及12月采血测定抗-HBs,并在接种前及接种后4小时及1、2和3天的早晨
This article reports the immunogenicity and reactivity of non-glycosylated hepatitis B surface antigen vaccines prepared by recombinant DNA technology. Inoculation of 105 men aged 22 to 40 years, radioimmunoassay or enzyme immunoassay showed that there is no serological markers of hepatitis B infection. The vaccinated individuals were divided into 3 groups (35 in each group) and inoculated with 5, 10 and 20 μg of aluminum-adsorbed recombinant hepatitis B vaccine respectively. Each of the vaccinates inoculates 3 needles in 0, 1 and 6 months. Blood samples were taken for anti-HBs at 1, 2, 3, 6, 8 and 12 months after the first injection and were harvested before vaccination and at 4 hours and 1, 2 and 3 days after inoculation
