为了尽快地缩短我国大功率低速柴油机生产与国际先进水平的差距,在短期内赶超世界先进水平,自1978年以来我厂先后引进了瑞士SULZER公司、丹麦B&W公司柴油机技术专利。1995年我厂经采标验收合格的主产品大连—B&W6S70MC型柴油机被评为(一九九五年度国家级新产品》,并在1996年3月按照财政部,国家税务总局,财税字[1995]087号文件的精神,享受了增值税“先征后退”的优惠政策,共退税300余万元,使企业通过采标获得了明显的经济效益。

In 1995, Dalian B & W6S70MC diesel engine, the main product of which passed the acceptance test, was awarded as “National New Product in 1995”. In March 1996, according to Ministry of Finance, State Administration of Taxation and Cai Shui Zi [1995] ] 087 document, enjoy the preferential tax refund policy, a total of more than 300 million tax rebate, so that enterprises through the adoption of standards obtained significant economic benefits.
