“执行难”是当前各级人民法院普遍存在的一个棘手问题,在党的十六大报告中着重部署了“切实解决执行难问题”。2003年以来,湘潭县法院重拳出击,全力破解“执行难”取得显著成效。截至2003年10月份止,受理执行案件533件,已执结381件,应执行标的2740.1万元,已执行标的1119.4万元。执行效率和质量显著提高,全部执结率达52％,与上年27％相比提高了25％;
“Difficult to implement” is a thorny issue that is ubiquitous in people’s courts at various levels at present. In the report to the party’s 16th CPC National Congress, we focused on the deployment of “resolving the difficult issue of implementation”. Since 2003, the courts in Xiangtan County have been attacked with all their strength to crack down on “difficult implementation” and achieved remarkable results. As of October 2003, 533 enforcement cases have been accepted, 381 cases have been executed, 27.441 million yuan should be executed, and 11.1944 million yuan has been executed. The efficiency and quality of implementation have been significantly improved, with the rate of all executions reaching 52%, an increase of 25% from the 27% in the previous year.
