燃油箱是汽车重要的安全件。文章提出一种新型铁素体不锈钢,并对其耐蚀性、加工性和安全性等进行了研究分析。与镀铅碳钢相比,新开发的不锈钢材料耐蚀性好,强度高,制作燃油箱时材料厚度可以减薄,有利于减轻车重。与铝合金相比,不锈钢材料强度高,制作的燃油箱防碰撞性能好,提高了车辆安全性,同时可以降低油箱制造成本。不锈钢制作的燃油箱在耐压性、振动耐久性和密封性等方面检验测试全部合格。
Fuel tank is an important safety car parts. This paper presents a new type of ferritic stainless steel, and its corrosion resistance, workability and safety were studied and analyzed. Compared with lead-plated carbon steel, the newly developed stainless steel material has good corrosion resistance and high strength, and the thickness of the material can be thinned during the manufacture of the fuel tank, which is beneficial for reducing the weight of the vehicle. Compared with aluminum alloy, stainless steel has high strength and good anti-collision performance of fuel tank, which improves the safety of vehicles and at the same time reduces the manufacturing cost of fuel tank. Stainless steel fuel tank made of pressure resistance, vibration durability and tightness test and other aspects of all qualified.
