“工资收入是职工的核心利益,也是分享改革开放成果、实现公平正义最直接的体现。”在刚刚结束的全国两会上,收入分配再次成为代表委员们口中的高频热词。经济社会快速发展,职工收入增长缓慢。一段时间以来,我国收入分配差距不断拉大的各种事实以及由此而引起的讨论引发各界的高度关注。普通职工收入过低,特别是一线职工收入过低已然成为职工心中“永远的痛”。
