前言美利坚合众国现有约600万犹太裔美国人。①其中在纽约市及其郊外就有近240万人。如果考虑到就连在以色列国也只有约350万犹太人这一事实,那么探讨犹太人的问题就不能把美国的犹太人排除在外。从这一点可以推测其影响之大。
Foreword The United States of America currently has some 6 million Jewish Americans. ① There are nearly 2.4 million people in New York City and its suburbs. If we consider the fact that there are only about 3.5 million Jews in the State of Israel, it is impossible to exclude the Jews in the United States by exploring Jewish issues. From this point it can be speculated that its impact is great.
