罗马尼亚是一个由计划经济向市场经济过渡的转轨国家,是欧洲森林资源较丰富的国家之一。在森林资源的经营、管理及保护等方面建立了一整套完整、科学并符合林业发展规律的法律、法规、规章及相关工作规定。合理的林业管理体制机制,促进了罗马尼亚的林区经济社会发展和森林资源的保护与合理利用。罗马尼亚在发展林业生产及森林资源的经营和管理等方面的经验值得学习和借鉴。
Romania is a transition country from a planned economy to a market economy and one of the richest forests in Europe. In the operation, management and protection of forest resources, a whole set of laws, regulations, rules and relevant work rules that are complete, scientific and in line with the law of forestry development have been established. Rational forestry management system and mechanism promoted the economic and social development of forest area in Romania and the protection and rational utilization of forest resources. Romania’s experience in developing forestry production and management and management of forest resources is worth learning from.
