为了更好地了解土地供应量的变化对新型工业化发展产生的影响,基于2005-2009年省际面板数据,采用随机效应模型定量测算土地供应量对新型工业化发展的影响。研究结果表明:1.土地供应量与新型工业化发展之间存在明显的正相关关系,新型工业化发展水平会随着土地供应量的增加而提升。2.土地供应量对新型工业化发展的影响系数在不同省份之间差别不大。经济较为发达的省份其新型工业化发展水平受土地供应量的影响较其他省份略大。可见,目前我国的工业化发展仍处在以工业用地投入量的增加来获取工业产出增加的粗放式发展阶段,而土地资源的有限性要求改变这种发展模式。
In order to better understand the impact of changes in land supply on the development of new industrialization, based on the provincial panel data from 2005 to 2009, a random effects model was used to quantitatively estimate the impact of land supply on the development of new industrialization. The results show that: (1) there is a clear positive correlation between the supply of land and the development of new-type industrialization, and the level of development of new-type industrialization will increase with the increase of land supply. 2. The influence coefficient of land supply on new industrialization development is not much different among different provinces. Provinces with more developed economies are slightly more affected by the supply of land than other provinces for their new-style industrialization. Thus, at present, China’s industrialization development is still at a stage of extensive development in which the increase of input of industrial land is used to gain an increase in industrial output. The limited nature of land resources requires changing this mode of development.
