科技型中小企业在推动我国国民经济发展、技术创新上发挥着重要的作用,但科技型中小企业仍然面临着融资渠道窄、融资效率低等问题。本文通过多元线性回归的方法,对科技型中小企业融资的影响因素进行回归分析及显著性检验,确定了影响企业融资活动的主要因素。结果表明企业规模、企业成长性、有形资产比率、股权流通性均与企业的融资呈正相关的关系;盈利能力、内部积累水平、非债务避税、偿债能力呈负相关的关系,并对此提出了相应的建议。
Small and medium-sized technology-based SMEs play an important role in promoting China’s national economic development and technological innovation. However, small and medium-sized SMEs are still facing problems of narrow financing channels and low financing efficiency. In this paper, by regression analysis and significant test on the influencing factors of financing for SMEs through multivariate linear regression method, the main factors affecting the financing activities of enterprises are determined. The results show that the scale of enterprises, the growth of enterprises, the ratio of tangible assets and the liquidity of equity are all positively related to the financing of enterprises; the relationship between profitability, internal accumulation level, non-debt tax avoidance and solvency is negatively related, The corresponding suggestions.
