建立丁香罗勒油中丁香酚含量ＧＣ测定法；以ＳＥ－３０为固定相，柱温１８０℃，进样口温度２１０℃，ＦＩＤ检测器。水杨酸乙酯为内标物，丁香酚保留时间４．３ｍｉｎ。
The eugenol content in clove basil oil was determined by GC method. The column temperature was 180 ℃ and the inlet temperature was 210 ℃ with SE-30 as the stationary phase. The FID detector was used. Ethyl salicylate as an internal standard, eugenol retention time 4.3min.
