带金属外壳的家用电器,其说明书上几乎都有“外壳必须接地”或“没有接地,不得使用”的字样.笔者认为此种说法极不恰当.首先,家用电器一般采用的是保护接零,而非保护接地;其次,保护接零和保护接地虽然同是防止用电器外壳带电而伤及人身安全所采取的保护措施,但是它们是两个不同的概念,不可混用.在电学中,把用电设备的金属外壳用电阻很小的导线(小于4欧)同接地体可靠连接称作
Almost all of the household appliances with metal housings have the words “The housing must be grounded” or “There is no grounding and must not be used”.
